Could Smoking Weed Be The Cause For Elevated Levels Of Bilirubin?

My 21 yr.old is in the mental hospital for psycosis. He had blood work done and had high levels bilirubin. He also smoked weed 3x after being off for 5 weeks. Can reintroducing weed to his system cause the high levels of bilirubin as well as psycosis.
