Could Sore And Painful Ribs Due To Cough, Chest Congestion And Wheezing Indicate Bronchitis?

I am having lots of chest congestion and weesing like a pipe organ, I went in on 04/08/2015 and was treated for sinus infection, got Amoxicillin and a sinus cocktail shot, and cough med, Guaifenesin AC 100-10mg. I also have been taking Musinex Dm with the other meds, I am not getting any better and had shortness of breath to day while coughing, my whole upper chest and ribs are sore and painful from coughing. Could this be acute bronchitis, and if so what meds should I be on for that. Not coughing up much and when I do it s white to a pale yellow and very little of it. My whole cheat is rattling when I breath. Can you advise ?
