Could Soreness And Irritation In Between Vagina And Buttocks Be Normal?

I have been dieting and drinking lemon water which has made me use the bathroom a lot. I now have a sore, raw, irritation on the skin between my vagina and butt. Is that normal or is it something serious? It s very painful. Is there anything to make it go away?
