Could Soreness In Breasts Be PMS?

Dear sir my age is 26 years. I am trying to conceive from last 4 months, but i am not geeting successful. my last date came in 17th of march . my cycle is 26 days . Any for conceiving we both r doing sex regularly. now i feel that my boobs are little bit tender and it feels pain if i m touching it. but today 4th april i am feeling that my date is coming near. my body is feeling that. so, pls tell me that what we have to do in this case.
