Could Spotting A Few Drops Of Blood After Sex Indicate Anything Unusual?

Had sex on last month March after completion of next day of periods.. on April morning I had a sex it may be the starting day of periods, at evening spotted blood only few drops o blood ... For 2 to 3 days I bleeded only few drops And my pregnancy test. Is negative
