Could Spotting And Abdominal Cramps After Hysterectomy Be A Matter Of Concern?

I had a hysterectomy 10 days ago and did not lose one drop of blood. Today I am losing a little blood, brown in coloration, a little viscous in consistency...not tons but enough that I had to put a pad in when I haven t had to at all so far. I am having pain similar to menstrual cramping. Is there something wrong with my recovery?
