Could Spotting And Sore Nipples Be Due To Pregnancy?

Please type your query here...i stopped depo in september then staryed lo seasonique I am trying to conceive so stopped that also in late november I normaly started my period with just missing one pill. I spotted on and off for.a few days thi month also my nipples got crusty at this time. Does this sound like a pregnancy?
