Could Spotting At The Time Of Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

hi, i have been on cerazette for a couple of months and i took a pregnancy test about a week and a half before i started spotting. I spotted for about a week (around the time my period was due) and switched from cerazette to a combined pill. What are the chances that I might be pregnant?
