Could Spotting Be The Symptom Of Pregnancy?

I came off microlite in sept 2015. Cycle was normal every month 28 days until now. Jan was 34 days then feb 25 days. Could the feb bleeding be implantation. I have slight brown discharge 2 days before I seen bleeding. Bleeding last a day and a half. I went out at the weekend and had only 4 bottle. I was soo drunk and sick. This would never happen. Could it be a sign of pregnancy??
