Could Spotting During Urination Be Due To Nexaplanon Implant?

I had the nexaplanon implant fitted in November 2014, for the first few weeks i had no bleeding at all. Recently i found that every time I wiped there was blood, i know its not old blood because it's a true red colour. Im unsure as to whether this is being caused by my implant or by another problem. The problem didn't occour in the first 2 months that i had the implant which is why im questioning that it may be something else. Sorry if this is too much information
