Could Spotting In The Mid Of Menstruation Cycle Be Due To Implantation?

I had my tubes cut and tied after my 2nd child, I am 26 years old. I had a cone biopsy done in the beginning of my 2nd pregnancy due to severe pre cancerous cells. after my 2nd child I have had regular periods around the 11th of every month. this month I had a very light period and now when I went pee and wiped there was very light and little pinkish blood that if I didn't look I would not of known. is there a chance I could be pregnant and its implantation blood?
