Could Spotting Of Blood After 23 Days Of Menstruation Be Due To Ovulation?

Hi, it is 23days since the first day of my last period. My cycle is different everymonth due to PSOS. Today I have discharge that ir like egg white, however, it is brown like old blood, and I am feeling a bit uncomfortable in the lower pat of my stomach. am I that I am ovulating?
