Could Spotting , Sore Throat And Diarrhea Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I don't really know if i'm pregnant but about a week ago I had something come out of me like a light period but it only lasted 2 days, Is that called spotting? Right now, I am also experiencing a sore throat and diarrhea, could that be a symptom of pregnancy?
