Could Spotting With Nausea And Fatigue Be Pregnancy Symptoms?

hi i have been spotting very very lightly for about 3 days now and i am supposed to be on my period but have been getting many pregnancy symptoms like nausia, fatigue and tender breasts and feeling bloated. I had a pregnancy when i was 15 but had a termination and had many of these symptoms then but was told i may have difficulty conceiving after the termination. My period is normally right on time and very heavy whish is why i was concerned.
