Could Stabbing Pain In Ear Canal Be Due To Sinusitis?

hi i presented with a synus infetion adn a coor secretion ,on 3 day a very sharp pain felted on the left ear canal,then day after similar symptom on the upper on thehead and during the day and a few very sharp stabing pain felted on my left side temple qha could it be .not to mention i a have buldgin left die disc between c2/c3
