Could Staphylococcus Aureus In Semen Cause Testicular Pain?

Please i am a male and have low sperm of 19 million and have not been able to impregnate my wife,I also had growth of staphlocosis Aureus in my semen under microscopic lab culture ,could dis be the reason why i have pains in my testis ? I did doppler scan and result showed there is epidymitis
