Could Steroid Shots Be The Cause For Delayed Menstruation Cycle?

Hi. I had strep group B in the beginning of April. Then I got a steroid shot in the rear hip and took some medicine for a few days. It was not ammoxicillin or penicillin. As of today, my period due in April is 13 days late. I was wondering if the strep or steroid shot could have anything to do with the delay of my menstrual cycle? And if it does, when will my cycle come back regularly? Thank you.
