Could Stinging Pain On Head Be Due To Lump?

Almost 6 weeks ago I hit my head on a concrete floor. I had a ct scan and Dr. was sure I broke the orbit around my eye. But it was negative for any break. He did tell me to follow up with a facial Maxillofacial Dr. but I did not due to no insurance. I had a horrible black eye on the left side below the big egg on my head, the whole white part was all dark burgundy. and 3 days later my right eye tuned black and blue. It took over 3 weeks to clear up. It seems i still have a small bump on my head and have had frequent headaches. Just above the bump it was burning when I just rubbed my hand or a wash cloth over it. Feels like a sun burn or deep scratch. And starting today it has just been stinging without even touching it and under my left eye it is still a little dark in color. Is any of this normal.
