Could Stomach Bug Cause Delayed Periods With Bits Of Blood And Pain In Vaginal Wall?

I just finished my period a week ago, which was nearly 2 weeks late. I've not been feeling great because i've had a slight stomach bug. Could this be the reason for bits of blood in my discharge, and random pains either side of my vaginal wall? I had this before, not long after xmas when I caught a virus too...
