Could Stomach Pain And Nausea Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hello. Lst week I just finished my period. Everything was normal but this week for the past 2 or 3 days I have been having some stomach pain. Some in my lower abdomen but mostly in the upper, feeling very nauseous, very tired, tossing and turning in bed when I do go to sleep. Could I b pregnant?
