Could Stopping Chrominac A Worsen My Acne After A PCOS Diagnosis?

Hi, I am 26 years old and was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I had mild acne acne even before my PCOS diagnosis. I was prescribed Chrominac A and B long F. They were prescribed only for 2 months. Now, my acne has worsened. Is there any co-relation with me stopping Chrominac A and my acne worsening?
