Could Straining From Constipation 7 Days After Embryo Transfer Cause Pelvic And Leg Pain That Might Harm The Embryos?

Hi I had my ET on 9th of April, i have constipation with hard tools and have to strain duting bowel movements. I dont have any symptoms till today (7th day of ET) but after straining i had dull pain in my right of pelvic area and right leg. Is this something worrying affecting my embryos?
