Could Stress And Alcohol Be The Cause For Seizures?

I have recently started having seizures believed to be caused by a cyst on my brain. It would appear that a combination of alcohol and stress seem to trigger the seizures. So I have stopped drinking any alcohol. I have smoked weed for 15 years and never had a problem with it, but I now have the dilemma of weighing up whether smoking weed could trigger seizures, or more specifically, make the cyst worst, because not smoking it makes me more stressed and I struggle to sleep, and I know that stress is a definite trigger for seizures. Can you help with this please?
