Could Stress And Depression Related Medications Cause Delayed Periods?

I am 23 married for 5 years. I was on Depo Shot for 6 months and gained 35 lbs in 3 months I quit it and started Birth Control after I got married I was on it for 3 years wich made me gain weight as well. They switched me the last year and started getting headaches then they took me off of it. My periods before any kind of bc was about every 5-6 weeks and lasted about 5-6 days. Then while on depo I bled for 3 months and did not have a period again for another 3 months. Then it took a year before I got my periods back to a semi normal basis. every 5-6 weeks again. Then while on the pill I was having a period about 2-3 days after starting the reminder pill. Then it would last till the day I started the hormone pills again. Since being off birth control october 2009 I had a period almost immediately that lasted a while with a lot of brown or old blood. Well it took me 2 and a half months to get the next period and then about every 5-6 weeks. While me and DH were not actually trying to conceive we never used any condoms to prevent it. October in 2010 I believe I had a misscarriage. And have not had a period since. I went to get a pap smear where I explained my situation and she told me that it very well could have been and since I did not pass anything that I recognized as an embryo it could mean that I was not very far along. I told her about the pain I had been having and she sent me for a cervical ultrasound that said I had mutiple cycsts on both my ovaries. She told me to go to a doc and get blood work. While on BC the last year in 08 I had blood work done which check hormones and thyroids and there were no problems. I still weigh the same 232 lbs. I have been under a lot of stress and on an off anti-depression medication for 2 years now. (that is why they did the blood work). I was on Effexor xr, Lamictal (which was too strong and my doctor was over dosing me on), Seraquel. I have not been on anything since June of 2010. My sister is an addict (drugs and alcohol) and my mom was struggling to get custody of her daughter which she got in November! Because my sister got put in jail. Anyways. I started taking fertility blend 11 days ago 2 days before the ultrasound (one cyst was 9 cm or mm I dont remember. Then 4 days after the ultrasound thanks to a lot of prayer I had sever cramping for 2 hours (in the same side that had the biggest cyst). I believe the cyst busted. I have not had any pain since which has been 5 days (the longest I have went without it since it started). I have been charting BBT and last week I had a drop in temperature of .4 degrees and me and dh bd and a week later (yesturday) I had another drop. Today it has rose above the line again. My question is could all my assumptions be true? Does it sound like the cyst busted? Could I still ovulate and not have a period because of stress? What are the odds that something diff will show up if I gor blood work again? Also today I have a hint of blood in CM and am cramping again (I cramped monday after the second temp drop in a week). What could all this be. To tell you the truth I dont know where to go from here and even if I am on the rigt track? I really want my period back it has been 3 months now. Could stress and depression medicine be the cause? Could I be prego now?
