Could Stress Be The Cause For Early Menstruation?

Period came 10 days early... I have one birth control pill left before my period is supposed to start. Took plan b pill two weeks ago.... Boobs have blue veins on them could it be that my hormones are all messed up? Been stressing about being pregnant could that cause it?
