Could Strong Resonating Sound In Body Be Due To Cannabis?

hi. What could be causing a strong resonating, almost like a strong single heartbeat which feels very unpleasant and is felt throughout my entire body when i am under the influence of cannabis. coul it be simply drug related? or is the cannabis telling me there is something wrong with my body. this has never happened before
