Could Stuffed Nose And Itchy Throat Be Due To Amitiza?

Does amitiza 24 cause stuffy nose, itchy throat, itchy ears and itchy eyes? I have been taking it twice daily since July 2014. I have an appointment with an ent dr the middle of April and they cannot get me in any earlier. I was taking allegra. Then switched to claritan, also take singulair, and have been daily taking a liquid benedryl 25 mg with phenylephrine 10 mg just to help my throat stop itching. Been using allergy eye drops on a q tip in my ears, again to help with the itching. I have also resorted to nose drops as of the last week.
