Could Sudden Increased Appetite, Thirst, Urination, And Weight Loss In My Sister Indicate Type 1 Diabetes?

Hi, my younger sister recently noticed a spike in appetite, urination, thirst, and a loss of weight. I m concerned because these were my symptoms before I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (excluding the increased appetite). I d truly appreciate some professional medical opinion. Cheers.
