Could Sudden Loss Of Control On One Side Of Body Indicate Dehydration?

Hello, I am 65 yo white female and today when I was bringing groceries in I noticed I lost control of my gait and stepped several steps to the right. Seemed out of control even though I had been walking forward up to that point. I had loose stool this am and I don t eat well or drink enough fluid. Is it related to dehydration or did I have a mini stroke. No numbness and no noted one side weakness.
