Could Sudden Loss Of Weight Be Due To Crohn's Disease?

Hi I am 35 years old and since I was 25 I've been loosing weight I use to weigh 225 at 6'3 over the last 10 years I've done lost 75 pounds not even trying I was diagnosed in 2010 with crohns. I continue to eat like a pig and can't to seem to gain weight , is it possible for me to gain my weight back what can I do please help me thank you
