Could Surgical Removal Of Kidney Stone Be The Cause For Delayed Periods?

I've had a large ( nearly 1 inch ) kidney stone surgecally removed had the stint removed just 2 weeks ago ... I haven't had my period for now 2 Months does this surgery affect my period ? Also doctors found another large stone in my other kidney could this be why my back "flank" area is still so painful can't sit or stand for any extended amount of time
