Could Swelling And Itching In Armpit Be A Sign Of Breast Cancer?

I have had swelling and itching under my armpit now for months. Just starting to get concerned since I no longer have health insurance. I did have some concerns on my last mammagram 7 months ago but they said they would just watch it. Is the swelling possibly breast cancer?
