Could Swelling And Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Fatty Liver?

Ive been told I have two ulcers but that I also have a fatty liver and a enzyme count level of 750 . Im always in pain in back and right side of stomach swells when I eat certain foods. burn and stabbing felling . my dr. say's its a fatty liver and ulcers and I need to cut back on alcohol intake . my gi dr. put me on sucafracte for my ulcers and basically told me I had a fatty liver as well . is a 750 enzyme level high ?
