Could Swelling And Pain In Foot Be Due To Bad Sprain?

I m very sure I have sprained my right foot . 2 weeks ago . I stayed off of it iced and took ibuprofen . I then accidentally hurt it again . It swelled up a lot. I am now home and been icing consistent . When I touch the bones or put pressure there is no pain. Since icing and elevating my foot that swelling is decreasing. My thought is a bad sprain. What are your thoughts ?
