Could Swelling And Pain Post Having Rough Sex Be Inflammed Tissue?

I am post full hysterectomy - I just had sex two nights ago with a partner that had an extremely long penis. He thrusted several times way too deep hitting whatever I have now (I assume a reconstructed wall). I am now swollen like I'm six months pregnant and in a ton of pain. Could it just be inflamed tissue or should I be worried about significant damage
