Could Swelling In Feet And Calves Be Due To Change In Blood Pressure Medication?

Hi Doc. Im a diabetic and have HBP as well. I do have an treating physician. Just a question in general. Lately I have been having a lot of swelling in my feet and calves. I underwent a change in medication for my HBP a few weeks ago. Could the new medication be causing this condition?
