Could Swelling In Lymph Nodes Be Due To Ureaplasma Urealyticum?

Hello there Hope you are having a good day. I am Kareem, 38, live in Yemen. 3 months ago I went to for a test and C.T scan and the test showed that I have Ureaplasma urealyticum , and the CT scan showed 2 lymph nodes swelling around the bladder area. The doctor thought it could be a Lymphoma and wanted to take a biopsy but I refused and just took the Antibiotics for the Ureaplasma urealyticum , and got Essiac capsules for the possibility of having Lymphoma. my Questions: Do you think that the swelling I have in my lymph nodes is because of the Ureaplasma urealyticum? If that swelling was really cancerous, what do you think is the best food plan and stuff I could take? Do you know of any home remedies for this Ureaplasma urealyticum ? Thank you very much Have a wonderful day Kareem
