Could Swelling In Lymph Nodes Be Due To Overactive Thyroid Glands?

Hi Dr I went to the Dr for a lump in my neck left side. They did a sonar and they said that I have overactive responsive Glands. They did however pick up in the sonar that I have a Extensively large Thyroid with multiple Cysts/Nodes. This morning, 4 days after also my left side there is another lump in my arm also feeling like it is a gland. Should I worry? Can my Thyroid have an influence on my other Lymph’s/Glands?
