Could Swelling In Neck Be The Cause For Migraine?

I have these lumps or bulgding in my neck. I had mri and cat scan done and result showed nothing was there but it clearly visible. at first it was on the right side now I have the same issue on the left side which causes my head to be tender to the touch. This also maybe what s causing my migraines. I have a neck injury degenerated dics in my neck but these lumps are swelling up at any given times.
