Could Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck With High Uric Acid Level Be Just Be Gout?

My son is 16 has swollen lymph nodes in neck, has a high uric acid level, just had a purple blister swollen on bottom of foot and just got rid of Mrs a about a month ago. Gout or something else??? I am his father and I have gout. Mother has blood clot on spleen. Worried for my son. What could it be just gout or something more. Please help. Suppose to be free advice.
