Could Taking ECP And Gynecosid Before Confirming Pregnancy Harm The Fetus?

I took ecp after unprotected intercourse on 4 November my date was 15, i didn t get my periods i took strip test which was negative i took gynaecosid on 23 and no periods. again i did strip test on 29 and its positive. I am scared now if these tablets have side effects or harmful for fetus? What should i do now?
