Could Taking Lupron Depot Shots Cause Cramps In Inner Thigh And Groin Area?

Yesterday I started feeling a catch in my inner thigh, in the joint area, and by evening the pain has gotten so severe that I can't even walk. Did not sleep last night because of it as well. The pain has now radiated from from right thigh, into my groin area and into the left thigh. Could this be a pulled muscle? I haven't done anything strenuous. I am on the Lupron Depot shots, so could it be a side effect? I am a 39 year old female, weight 164, had surgery in Dec for the Novasure for irregular bleeding, and the doctor found endometriois, so he has me on a treatment of Lupron Depot for six months. I have been diagnosed with a blotting issue while pregnant with my son eight years ago (factor II, I believe) but have never develop a clot since the pregnancy.
