Could Tenderness At The Back Of Head Be Related To Concussion?

I fell on my head 3 days ago and thought I was okay, but when I woke the next my neck and back was hurting but this is the third day and it s getting better I m just hoping I don t have concussion or cracked my skull because some parts on my head is still tender and hurts
