Could Tenderness In Breast Be Due To Dr.Lee Progesterall Cream?

I am a 67 year old female who has experienced breast tenderness for 2 months. I just changed my progesterone cream to Dr. Lee Progesterall about the same time. I have taken natural progesterone cream for a long time. went to my G.P. Who examined me and found no lumps. could great cause this?
