Could The Abdomen Pain Be Due To Left Over Tampon?

Hi,



I feel a bit of a tube having to ask this but . . . i some times use tampons when on my period. I cant remember taking the tampon out, I had been drinking that night. The next day my period had stopped but my stomach has been really sore ever since and I havent been able to sleep however i feel totally shattered!



I'm worried incase the tampon is still there :(
