Could The Absence Of My Period For A Fortnight After Stopping Progynova Mean I Might Be Pregnant?

Hi doctor, we have been TTC for last 2 years. I have PCOS, no ovulation unless I take clomid. I have been under clomid cycle. This month as usual I was given clomid from day 2 ,2 tab daily for 5 days. Follicular scan at day 12 revealed a potential follicle. I was thn asked to tke progynova 2mg twice daily for 10days. It has been 13 days since my last progynova tablet, i still havent get my period. Could I be pregnant??
