Could The Black Brown Discharge With Red Strings Be Miscarriage?

hi i had sex 4 weeks ago.. my period has been 13 days late.. and i finally got it with the stress of thinking i'm pregnant after two negative tests.. although my period is now black brown think and has clumps in it and red strings and its second day of period.. i'm scared this is a form miscarriage, is it?
