Could The Black Spots On The Face Be Due To Thyroid Pills?

i am forty six. two years back ,i was diagonised having multi nodular goitre , so i was got operated (subtotal ) and i started taking altroxin 100mg. after seven months i was diagonised having uterus polyps, and d and c was done , after it my doctor suggested that uterus should be removed it was done in last jan. but i have noticed black spots on my face since one and half years . is it due to thyroid pills
