Could The Brownish Warts On My Penis Shaft After A Grooming Injury Be Seborrheic Warts, Will They Keep Growing?

Greetings, some months ago cut the penis shaft accidentally by means if grooming the area with a hair trimmer. Now 5 small warts have developed which weren t there prior to the incident. I looked online and it appears to be brownish coloured sebbhoeric warts . My question is, will these keep growing, and how can I restore the issue? Thanks in advance
