Could The Bruising Be Due To The Usage Of Tanning Beds?

hi i have itp and they are usually around 40,000 i have been going to the tanning beds for the last few weeks cause I,m in a wedding and wanted to get rid if a few tan lines. anyways since i started i have alot i mean a lot more bruising is this from the tanning bed??
